In Russia, most banks stopped accepting foreign currency through ATMs (July 25)

Almost all systemically important credit institutions in Russia do not accept dollars and euros through ATMs, a survey of technical support services showed.

"From March 9, ATMs stopped accepting cash dollars and euros. It is possible only through the bankʼs cash desks," Unicreditbankʼs technical support said.
