Condition: the company has a license to carry out brokerage and depository activities.

"Sub-broker-1" interaction option, for nominee holders.

The broker keeps records of the sub-broker's single account, and the sub-broker independently keeps records for its Clients (position limitation, reporting for Clients).

"Subbroker-2" interaction option, for nominee holders.

The Broker keeps records of the assets of the Clients of the sub-broker on separate additional investment accounts (AIA), which are opened within the framework of the agreement with the sub-broker.

Condition: the company only has a license to carry out brokerage activities.

"Sub-broker-1" interaction option, for trustees.

A depository agreement is concluded with each Client of the Sub-broker for accounting and safekeeping of the Client's securities.
